Ok, So I am back. The last time we spoke I was living with one of my best friends in a spare room. Today I write to you from the luxury of my own one bedroom apartment. It is incredible the difference in real estate from New York City.

I reside in a 600 square foot palace!

Washer and dryer inside in my apartment.
Dishwasher
Disposal
Gas Fireplace
Balcony
HUGE Walk in closet! (If I had a closet this size growing up I would have never come out of it!)
Nice sized bathroom
Swimming pool
Fitness Center
and Tons of trees!

These are things that make an apartment a palace! Now the word palace is a term I would have never used for any of the places I lived in NYC. Closets with furniture and utilities! Thats what they were like.

Anyway, the South is treating me well. I have met a lot of great guys and made some wonderful friendships. All in all I feel I made a great decision.
